   2013年，中国最后一个没通公路的县墨脱通了公路，2023年，另一条从灵芝通往墨脱的公路建成，现在灵芝和墨脱间夏天环线，冬天看那里雪崩，但至少一条是通的。

   哦，十年前（？）我去黄石一点信号都没有。现在发展了。

   我在中国没有过没信号的时候。当然我没去过安徽。

   刘伟元在西藏青海新疆无人区都有信号。估计是安徽山区吧，总会有些信号死角。美国很多地方手机信号不好
