   也就是一个军校而已 有多重要？

   board都是橡皮图章，根本不管具体事物，只有yes or no都投票，大部分都是通过。一个学校的招生，教学，财务，设备 有多重要？

    包括招生，教学，财务，设备，都要管。除了不能任命校长以外，基本上什么都管了
