理由如下：
1. 自从1980年以来，美股历史上发生过11次跌幅大于15%的熊市，平均跌幅为30%左右。
2. 熊市历来很短，所以很快就会见底。
3. 美国经济基本面没有大问题。如果真要出现大萧条，死皮跌50%没问题。
4. 不管是季度均线还是周均线，4200点都是个很强的支撑点位。
