高血压药分不同的控制机理，可以根据自己的情况选择，包括是否控得住血压，有没有不良反应，服药历史造成的抗药性等。
一般建议从一类开始尝试，一旦用高阶减压药产生耐药性失效，低阶很难再起作用

ACE inhibitors and ARBs are both first-line medications that relax blood vessels to lower blood pressure and protect the kidneys. They work on the same pathway, but ACE inhibitors stop the body from making the vessel-narrowing hormone angiotensin II, while ARBs block it from attaching to vessel receptors.
