俄罗斯打仗，美东飞中国不能从北面俄国西伯利亚航线飞，多绕道好几个小时，还增加不少成本

增加B1B，B21和F35航班

unlikely at least for the winter season. US airlines just filed for waiver to protect 79 unused of their 129 weekly.

1. Winter 2026/2027 Waiver Requests

In parallel docket filings leading into the upcoming winter season (October 25, 2026, through March 27, 2027), U.S. carriers have petitioned the DOT for dormancy waivers on a large portion of their authorized frequencies:

United, Delta, and American requested protection to leave a combined 79 of their 129 weekly China frequency rights unused due to slow demand recovery and high operational costs.

United alone sought waivers for 42 of its 66 weekly allocations.

129班/周：美国三家航空公司（United 66、Delta 42、American 21）持有的历史性中美航权频次，不代表实际每周都飞。
冬季 2026/27，它们计划实际运营约 50个往返班次/周：
United：24
Delta：19
American：7
其余 79个航权频次申请暂时豁免使用。

现在的配额就是每周美国航司飞50个航班，所以要file保留以前有的航班。这次大大访美之后如果要增加航班，美方肯定就是从这79个里边增加。

美国航司主要搞垄断赚钱，美国domestic票价按照距离来算比国际航线贵很多，因为没有国外航司的竞争
