"去工业化" is a misnomer. The off-shored, not just manufacturing but also services (just pick up the phone and call customer service of any sizeable company and you will be answered by somebody far away from the US), are the labor intensive non-core business. The main goal of doing that is to improve the PROFIT, and the result is of course the ever-increasing gap between the rich and the poor. The trade-deficit is just a convenient scapegoat since they have no intension, and unable, to get the rich to share their wealth.

占人口少数的资本家/左派政客赚了，劳苦大众享受的是鳖国海量垃圾制造

所以美利坚劳苦大众反了，选出川普要把垃圾挡住，工作机会拿回来

我在這個行業都沒明白為啥製藥產業不完蛋，個人分析有兩個方面的原因，一是技術壁壘主要是工程和監管方面的。質量穩定的好藥生產需要大量的資金投入，大陸不願意做。甚至做成新藥都授權給美國廠家生產在美國銷售。二是美國藥價還是高有利潤，而且有自己的銷售方式，我只是知道在美國賣藥不是純銷售。
