扩招还有其他因素限制，比如宿舍数量，教室数量，老师和学生比例，我孩子的学校今年多来了，有的新生宿舍每间里要住三个学生了。学生家长都有意见。吃饭也排更长的队了。热门课更是要抢注。

家里的和亲戚的ivy娃都无一例外的有national leadership scholarship, 3.7w per year. 也没申请过，都是直接给的。加上private scholarship每年也就交2w不到。。。不知道说贵的难道都是全自费？

牛娃啊。ivy学校都是need-based. 家长收入超过20万就基本上自付了。

你没申请过吧…decision 前压根不用告诉学校financial situation.每年tax都交快half mm，admission letter带的scholarship 一分也没少。
