这个是他已经vest的option，unvested的部分肯定还有不少。
给的多，所以xai员工愿意在office扎帐蓬，007地干活。

你不给足equity，人家凭啥加入早期startup？99%的startup最终会失败，能拿到几M的都是极少数，与旱涝保收的大厂比，预期收入其实已经比冒的风险要少了。

加入的时候equity肯定没这么多。人家多半从1米干起，007苦熬两三年没被fire，公司估值带到两百B，vested equity值7米有啥奇怪的。
XAI 不是上市公司吧，卖股票只能内部执行？那还不一下被盯上？这些人这么有钱还贪婪不厌，不知道怎么想的
