In 1994, Gloria Ramirez was brought to the emergency room at Riverside General Hospital.

While treating Ramirez, several hospital staff members suddenly became ill, with symptoms like fainting, nausea, and muscle spasms.

23 people were affected in total, and 5 were hospitalized. Ramirez herself died shortly after arriving at the hospital.

Later becoming known as the "Toxic Lady," Gloria Ramriez, how she made so many people sick is still a mystery today.
