画圈的部分是什么Boot?

这是Subaru SUV右前轮下的仰视图。
绿色的是CV Boot，
上方是右前 Catalyst Converter,
但黄圈里的Boot不知是什么，
引出来一根直细金属管到右前轮下方。

请指教。

If so, I think you are referring to the inner tie rod boot.
Do you see a crack or it is actually leaking power steering fluid?

刚查了power steering fluid还是满的
怀疑上面暗绿色的点
是上次裂开的CVBoot
喷溅的Grease。

这个power steering fluid 也要boot？
他也随着车轮转动吗？

No. it does not turn. It covers the link between inner tierod and the steering rack.
Normally, there should not be power steering fluid in it. If it is filled by power steering fluid then the rack and pinion seals have failed.
Unless it is cracked, there is no reason to service this boot.
If you see PS fluid coming out of the boot, then your rack and pinion is shot, as the boot is supposed to only have grease inside.
