Loitering 是违法的。
你发现有人在你家或你的business properties loitering，应该报警。

我觉得警察这样做没问题，真正的问题是有更严重的问题他们不去管却揪着这样的鸡毛蒜皮大作文章。

不懂为啥让警察看一下ID是啥问题。如果是通缉犯一查不就抓住了么？而且警察看ID也是要求做的吧。公民主动配合，社会不是更安全？
