电车当然有coolant啊，high vlot->low volt，ioniq 5的ICCU就是blue coolant 漏到converter 里面了

每3年还必须换，不然warranty都没了

美国的一线客服烂透了，好多时候还不如AI。
跟苹果蠢材吧差不多，冲着解决就业去的，雇一大堆小孩儿。并不是为了真正解决客户问题设置的， 解决问题只是个byproduct。

同感。Kia的最搞笑，整天给你发什么survey, 还有好几个客服电话，看起来客户至上，结果电话一打，A说是B的问题，B说是C的问题。可能是过去车子比较烂，专门发展出来一套扯皮机制，玩声东击西。

可惜现在车子质量好一点了，客服还是这一套。糟蹋了东亚人的血汗劳动产品。中国车要是换这些人来卖，估计名声很快也要臭。

问题都会有，差别在于解决手段。能OTA解决大部分问题的，看来还只有特斯拉。所以特斯拉recall多，但是不需要受dealer折腾
