盘点抖音、小红书、B 站、知乎的小网红现状

事实上，你们会发现现在的社交媒体 APP，都长得差不多。字节系产品的崛起，让无数产品同质化，同时也让大V和网红进入疑惑状态：

这到底是内容创作者最好的时代，还是最内卷的时代？

而且，关于抖音、小红书、B 站、知乎的民间网红们，这些问题，铁子们有没有思考过？

“为什么小红书没抖音声量大，小红书博主却更赚钱？”、“为什么逼格最高的知乎大 V，是最穷的博主们？”、“为什么 B 站的 UP 主更容易破圈？但最赚钱的博主却不在 B 站？”

为什么？

我会在今天这篇文章里，好好解答这些问题。

一、博主们靠什么方式赚钱？
其实大多数博主的商业模式都一样，非常简单：接广告。

那么，从接广告来看，中腰部博主们活得怎么样？直接上结论：知乎大 V最穷，抖音粉丝最不值钱。

你敢信几十万粉丝的知乎大 V，广告收入一年不到 20 万？这要换成公众号、小红书和 B 站，广告费起码五倍起，甚至更多。

不过目前做品牌广告的企业主越来越少，所以广告这块的收入，已经集中在头部博主中了。

广告收入逐渐减少的大 V 和网红们，都在做什么？

做带货和做培训，成了这些博主们新的出路。但除了头部以外，真正最赚钱的博主，都在做私域。

二、为什么最赚钱的博主最终都在做私域？
刚刚说知乎大 V 穷，那做知乎的都穷吗？其实不是，在知乎上闷声发大财的大有人在。

我最近刚和会员宝宝那儿得知一个案例，有家企业做“脊椎侧弯修复”，在知乎只有 2000 多粉，你猜月营收多少？

100 万！净利达 90%！

他们的客单价高达 7 万，引流到线下由康复师成交，由于从知乎来的粉丝过于精准，以致于他们的成交率非常高。

再去看看抖音的知识博主们，是不是每一个都想方设法把流量“偷”到微信里？

其实，无论是做抖音还是小红书还是知乎，最赚钱的那一批人，可能真不是 KOL，而是那些想好商业模式和生意逻辑的人，进来干他的就是来偷流量。

别想着当 KOL 了，搞不好不是 Key Opinion Leader，还是 King Of Loser，哈哈哈哈哈。

三、为何没有关于 B 站的知识付费和培训？
前面讲到私域，私域里很常见的盈利模式就是做培训。

你会发现一个很有意思的事情，这些年来出圈的网红，很多都来自 B 站，小红书和抖音网红大多数都是在站内火爆，各领**数月然后被淘汰。

B 站网红不仅名气大，且单个广告的费用也普遍比别的平台高很多。

可是，教人做小红书和抖音的镰刀们，可能都要比韭菜还要多了，但是针对广告费非常高、出圈速度快的 B 站，为什么没有人去做这块的培训。

答案很简单：投入产出比不行。

就好比现在几乎没多少人再去做关于公众号的培训了，前几年可是层出不穷，现在为什么没了？

成功案例极少，可以说是只有天赋异禀的人才能杀出来。

能在 B 站火的大 V，过于吃天赋和才华了，并不是能靠培训和复制方法论能杀出来的。

四、博主们的投入产出比，比比更气人
所以，说到 B 站没人做培训割韭菜，那就得聊聊博主们的投入产出比了。这才是大家喜闻乐见的民间网红的生存情况。

哈哈哈下面内容过于血腥，大 V 们看到请轻拍。

B 站的报价是粉丝量的 10% 到 20%，小红书是 5% 到 10%，这么看起来，似乎 B 站更赚？其实不是。

B 站主流视频长度在 5 分钟 - 8 分钟，逐字稿要 3000 - 5000 字，拍摄成本和剪辑成本巨大，

除了像半佛仙人这样的大 V 和团队能够做到高频率更新，大多数 B 站 UP 主，能做到周更都是高产了。

内容更新的速度限制了接广告的天花板。你看，B 站顶流 Lex 曾最多一个月接了八个商单，成了神话。

但在小红书......

数据好的垂类小红书 KOL，在双 11 时，巅峰期可以一个月接 20 个甚至 30 个广告，你敢信吗？

并且，B 站不像其他平台偷流量容易，这也是为什么最赚钱的博主不会在 B 站出现。

在这里就不讲知乎博主了......收入不如狗。

现在知乎改版后，原生大 V 更没有流量了，流量全给外站来的视频博主了。

知乎大 V 更接不到广告了呜呜呜。

五、抖音会不会杀掉小红书、B 站和知乎？
刚刚没讲抖音博主，是因为没有可比性。

知乎、B 站、小红书博主们都遇不到抖音博主每天都在头疼的一件事：算法。

真的，做抖音太苦了，你的粉丝根本不是你的粉丝，你内容不行，真的没有一点流量！而且抖音博主们的变现丰富性，是比其他平台强太多的。

但也正是让抖音博主们疯狂内卷的机制，导致抖音占据了无数用户的使用时长，这就导致了我在开头讲的：

所有 APP 都在抄抖音的页面甚至机制。

那么，几乎囊括所有内容形式的抖音，会不会杀掉小红书、B 站和知乎？

我认为会不断侵蚀其他平台的广告份额和流量，但能不能杀掉，并不是看抖音，而是看小红书、B 站和知乎自己。

小红书的种草、B 站的弹幕、知乎的问答，都是他们护城河的一部分，且造就了独有的社区文化，这便是资本也不一定能干死小平台的原因。

当初字节跳动挖了 300 个知乎大 V，洒了无数钱做悟空问答打知乎，最后悟空问答惨败。

只是，目前看来，知乎和小红书的确处于危险状态，守住独一无二的护城河，才有可能不被抖音杀死。

铁子们，明年真的要做抖音啊！
