早就听完了,我听不出你的意思,我就觉得合情合理有合法,congress怎么会没有管理移民的权力?难道我帝已经成为罗马了?无国界了?不需要主权了?

排华法案当然也是法。当年是法,以后也能是法。

你理解能力可能比普金老师高一点,但是还是低的可怕。道义上的错和法理上的错是一个意思么?高院认为程序不是错的,排华法案时代还有种族隔离呢。很多州都有隔离法,高院按个推翻了么?你拿着康熙得尚方宝剑去斩大明得官,能实现么

我没有要美国人切腹, 我是建议你切腹。
历史上的对错现在要纠正的多着呢。高院不能平白无故跳出来说这个这个法案错了。你去起诉人家不给你政屁, 闹到高院, 也许就纠正了。你要不试试?

甚至在今天,尽管《排华法案》的重要部分早已经被废止,但《美国法典》第8号的第7章仍旧以“排华”字样开头。[41]在法典第8号的15个章节中,第7章是惟一一个完全聚焦于某个特定国籍或种族团体的章节。

这个只是作为space holder 保留着。不然每repeal一个法律就需要全部法律重新编号,或者直接删除的话编号上就会有很多空缺,反而让人搞不明白这些空缺到底是遗漏还是根本没有。
