不大可能全体陪审团一致通过。章莹颖的案子那么凶残的杀法，也有好几个陪审员不同意死刑吧。
嫌犯如果（投案）认罪。应该不会死刑。
但认罪（口供）不能用于定罪。还是需要陪审团一致同意的人证物证。
这个案子目前为止没有人证。物证也还存疑。

Prosecutors say Twiggs received a text message from Robinson which said, “drop what you are doing, look under my keyboard.”
Twiggs looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated, “I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I’m going to take it.”
