很多例子。 当然我可能付钱了，但是我们出院的时候，我不记得我们在离开医院的时候付任何钱。

We have Kaiser, baby was found to be breached really late in the pregnancy. We scheduled a C-Section. Even though it was in my wife’s plan she had a really good experience with everyone involved. Everyone that was going to be in the OR came in before to introduce themselves and talk about their part in the surgery. Total cost was $250 OOP with 3 day stay.

We had a very cheap insurance plan before the birth of our child, and had to pay about $10K out of pocket which is about our total maximum OOP for the year (so unfortunately insurance didn’t cover anything; surprise baby). Luckily, we switched to Kaiser under my wife’s employer plan the next year (baby born in January). Birth of our child was $250 hospital stay + $25 for medicines with insurance. I glanced at the bill, it would’ve cost $24K without insurance. This was at San Leandro Kaiser

今天看到两个数据。
卫生医疗支出费用占GDP的比例，美国17.3%，中国7.0%。中国远低于美国。
但看人均寿命，中国却比美国长。
这两个数据放在一起比较，怎么解释？大家有啥看法？

看人均寿命的数据，你觉得某国的数据是真的？反正我个人不太信，你自己定。

事实上很多人的确这样

但我不喜欢，我就喜欢自己行医，我有这个选择权。我可以一天挂5个专家门诊，在同一家医院也行，不同医院也行，然后挑我最喜欢的方案。

在美国没有，只能让医生行医，至于医的好不好，那就不是你所能控制的了。

实际上国内基本必须自己行医。

但是你说半夜911叫急诊， 就一个小手术，麻醉只用NUMBING GEL， 医生走开了，你等了三个多小时。

你给我说说，是个什么小手术吗？ 是割一个皮肤上的小瘤子？也不像了，不至于半夜叫911。
