To me, Cal's homelessness is not a partisan problem. Cal's high cost of living and its nice weather are the two major reasons leading to high homelessness. No matter which party controls Cal, this problem cannot be fixed easily.
Newsom is a dem, so it's normal for him to place blame on the repubs. Politicians always do that.

看完的感覺就是說，加州已經做到很好，都是外來阻力礙事

有一貼明確說 gop 還是說右派的 federal court 立法阻止。我一查，從原告到grant emergency approval 的法官都是民主黨。這是一家人演戲，lilyamao 宣傳，全國人民買單。
