这个学者的估计是错误的，已经被大量研究证伪了。那几年真正有记录被I N S deported的只有几千人，其他都是因为大萧条的困境自己选择离开。

执行正确行动中的失误，和文革这种整个行动本身就是错误，完全两回事，不要混为一谈。
