大家的主router都是啥？

看你是否喜欢折腾的人咯。我是过了折腾的年纪，所以主路由用 Synology（关了 WIFI），下面接几个 Asus ZenWiFi XD5 做 mesh。原因是：
一、Synology 的 dual WAN 比较稳定。Parental Control 也做得比较好。
二、XD5 体积小，可以塞在弱电箱或者其他角落。而且每个 XD5 都可以自己单独做 router，以后改变用途也方便。
三、便宜。

wifi 速度受惠於wired AP 和 AP location

現在我的AP在中間，5GHz speed 在 300Mbps - 800Mbps; 我覺得AP location 很重要。 快的router, 會體驗在 screen update，就是 low latency;

優化對了就快。I had two AP on both side of the house before. It was ok but I felt something was missing or not right. It turned out it is the location. Of course the wifi booklet says it all, place it in the middle of the house. I happened to be able to fix the problem during installing cables for the security cameras. So found the location and ran one more cable. That is it. I think I don't need to think about this anymore.

问问各位搞了多个无线router/ap的同学：漫游会是个问题吗？我打算楼下用router，楼下用ap，手机呆在两者中间的位置会不会很纠结？

好像就我用Orbi mesh？ wifi6 的 RBK753，之前的wifi5的用了5年很好，很稳定。现在升级到6. 路由器前提是要稳定，信号好，其次再是速度。因为ISP出口都不高，太高的速度也只是在内网有点用。看看NAS电影什么的。

3层5千尺，一个主router带2-3个nodes，位置找得好，就够覆盖了。
