我的物质精神需求都很低，清心寡欲的，不过同学盛情难却，国内也确实有很多好玩的。我去长江游了泳，差一点就横渡了。原来一直觉得长江很脏，但是同学里有经常去游长江的带我去了，居然水质很好。
我回国不算太频繁但也不算稀疏的。

我不知道我这个case有多strong。我只要照实回答就行了吧。我不住那里，房客自己的路由器我连密码都不知道，只是账户在我名下。而且我尽到义务警告他不要违反版权了。

我也不晓得啊。不过ISP应该是和你签的合同。所以对方律师可能会说任何违反法律的行为都要你负责。

我听说如果是DMCA的关于非法下载电影电视歌游戏之类的，一般都认罚了。前些年好象是$3000？当然如果是有关儿童的，估计FBI直接就踹门进来了，你也收不到什么信件。

过完庭之后来告知大家一下吧。也教育教育我们。

据说这种case都plea not guilty，跟你没关系。对方除了你的IP地址啥证据没有，他根本没法证明你下载了而不是别人黑了你的密码下载的。不要指控房客，因为你也没证据是房客干的，而且你分享密码也不符合和ISP的合同。
