我看了几集拆变速箱的视频。一个感受:这么复杂居然可以开十几年基本不出问题。一辆车买几万块还真不算贵。
那再问一下,同样有歇缸功能的gm 雪弗兰的车也要换变速箱油吗?

本田变速箱最大的问题其实是过滤器内置。我大概10多年前曾经大修过一个02年雅阁的变速箱,大概15万mi,那个变速箱整体状况还是可以的,唯一的问题是1-2档的slip。拆开检查发现几乎所有部件都是完好的,valve body也并不脏,1档和2档的离合器片稍有磨损但是大多数片都是好的就是有那么两三个disc磨到金属了。最大的问题是filter被堵死了。我当时都怀疑就算我只是把变速箱拆开换个filter可能就能正常工作。当然为了一劳永逸做了个thorough的cleaning把所有的离合器片都换了新的。

I have to say this does not make much sense. At cruise, the TC should be locked up for improved efficiency. Generally the TC is only in the slip mode for torque multiplication at low vehicle speed. Presumably if running on 3 cylinders do not provide enough torque, the TC can be put in slip mode to output more torque to the axle. However, it should be easier and more efficient to simply switch back to 6 cylinder operation. VCM allows the TC to slip in order to buffer the transmission from the engine. That creates heat and breaks down the ATF sooner.
Synthetic is not necessarily better than conventional in terms of transmission fluid. The benefit of synthetic is that they can meet multiple specs with one single fluid. PS. I believe the honda DW1 is conventional but the Valvoline is full synthetic. The valvoline should be a better fluid.
有的可能有2个,我上次弄的那个6代雅阁的变速箱我记得是只有1个的。另外还有个磁铁,上面都是铁粉。
其实变速箱只是valve body看上去复杂,其他部分还好。实际上valve body里面的油路看上去蜿蜒曲折的但实际上挺简单的,设计成这样只是为了各个solenoid驱动的油路有固定的长度和截面。

外面那个engine bay里埋的很深 不好换
我这次drain and fill,发现drain bolt上面的磁铁有少许黑色金属细粉。心中一惊。后来google一下发现是正常现象。
我第一次换的时候 厚厚一层泥 还不到3万
每个model不一样的。反正我之前那个02年雅阁的变速箱是没有外置filter的。我记得听说过后来有些honda的变速箱model给加了个外置filter可以换的主要是很多人意见很大。
