To power cycle a Tesla Model Y, you can do the following:
Put the vehicle in Park with all doors closed
On the touchscreen, select Controls > Safety > Power Off
Wait at least two minutes without touching anything on the vehicle, such as the brake pedal, touchscreen, or doors
After the waiting period, press the brake pedal or open a door to wake the vehicle
