Separate questions have emerged about the preparedness of local communities, including Kerr County’s apparent lack of a local flood warning system. The county, roughly 50 miles northwest of San Antonio, is where many of the deaths occurred.

这是自然灾害嘛，从古到今，哪朝哪代不死人呢？川总自从恢复了在中央的领导地位以来，大刀阔斧的进行了改革，成绩是主要的，群众是拥护的。对蚂蚁龙这些野心家阴谋家，川总也不是没有觉察，是故意给他们机会表演，这样才能让群众认清他们的真面目嘛。我的体会，凡是我们的工作做的不好，出了纰漏，给群众的生活造成了一定的困难，那一定是川总的路线方针政策没有执行好。
