今年初是有这个concern，因为去年底proposal出来了，年初CPUC讨论，通过了会有6个月的过渡期，然后就实行了。可万幸CPUC讨论没通过，打回去从写，到现在新的proposal还没出来。估计选举前出不来了，出来还要经过那一系列程序，估计最快也要等明年这个时候实行，还是一切顺利的情况。所以现在离NEM3还有不少时间，不急。

Tesla发个email说：
For the technician’s safety, a temporary anchor will be used during the roof assessment. The anchor will be removed afterwards, and your roof will be patched and sealed to industry standards.


这个anchor是个啥东西？对roof有损坏么？

可能是一个固定梯子的锚点，安在trim上。如果是2层房，会用这个保证工人安全。

请问大家对tsla需要几个inverter没有讨论吗？首先power wall需要一个，然后和grid 之间需要一个，但是tsla 最多7.6kw inverter, 是不是需要2-3个inverter？

现在应该用MicroInverter 的多, 就说一块PV太阳能板, 一个inverter. 省得某个单元出问题影响别的.

中期选举过后，加州NEM 3修正方案马上就悄悄推出了。按照这个方案，以后白天多产的电只能得现在25%的credit。cpuc很快就要投票，如果通过最快明年四月就要实行，这样就要十年以上才能回本了。要按太阳能的抓紧呀。
