上面那个电台是波兰的一个国家电视台。稍后还要稍微讨论它。

波兰，民族主义的乌克兰和苏联/现俄罗斯三方有复杂的对抗和互相严重加害的历史。

二战时期乌克兰民族力量曾经杀了很多波兰平民，乌克兰民族建国的精神领袖班德拉被波兰人痛恨。但是现在的乌克兰政府实际把他当作国家英雄，在西乌克兰立有巨型雕像。
曾经辉煌的波兰被沙俄控制过，也被苏联控制过。由于沙俄和波兰的历史，苏联和要复兴的波兰之间发生了大的战争，除了战场上的死伤，双方都弄死了对方好几万以上的战俘。后来，要复兴也要大扩张的纳粹德国和苏联共同瓜分了波兰。因此，波兰和俄罗斯之间至少有数百年的深深积怨。
乌克兰民族主义者憎恨历史上长期依次被波兰/立陶宛/沙俄/苏联或欺压或直接统治或被傀儡的历史。

现在波兰人对乌克兰很支持，但不一定是很全心的。比较起来，它还是视俄罗斯为大得多的对手。

TVP对战争的报道更直接呈现，对乌克兰方面的死亡似乎不是像其它西方主要媒体那样特别避讳/掩饰。

TVP与其它人合作制作了一部大片。它在乌克兰被禁演，而在俄罗斯没有。是关于那段乌克兰民族主义力量对波兰人杀害的历史。。。

太震撼的一段：抱着儿子的女主混在纳粹军队的中间走，才救了自己；（可能）要杀他们的那些乌克兰人只能看着。
