美国新任众议院议长凯文·麦卡锡在上台前发表的对华政策纲领文：
1、中美关系就是冷战关系，美国必须赢得新冷战，在全球范围内与中国对抗。
2、中国问题特别委员会，将是驴象两党团结一致，联合对付中国的机构。
3、结束对中国的关键商品依赖，打造去中国化的供应链。例如，美国高度依赖中国药品，即使脱钩后买印度仿制药，原料也是来自中国，必须进一步脱钩。

5、扩充军备，武装台湾。
6、推动“一带一路”倡议的可行替代方案，联合友邦对抗中国。

"Every kingdom divided against itself ..."
But "every kingdom" (state) IS divided against itself. The problem is that people are brainwashed into seeing the world as being divided by nationality, when the main division in the world is actually CLASS.
People say "we" spend so much on "defence" and "they" spend more, less or whatever. It's the world's ruling classes (US, British, Russian or Chinese) that waste these colossal amounts of money because of their inter-imperialist rivals. Capitalist (and bureaucratic state capitalist in the case of China, the old USSR etc) economic rivalries spill over into military conflict.
The only long-term solution is for the ordinary people of each country to see their own ruling class as the main enemy, not ordinary people in some other place. For example, the best hope in relation to Russia is that Putin will be toppled by a mass movement within Russia.
I've got more in common with an ordinary Russian, American or Chinese than I have with Britain's rulers.

Americans have been brainwashed from the elementary school onwards that we are the leader of the free world. We are the ones fighting for peace, democracy, and human rights across the world. Our military heroes are defending ours and these freedoms across the world. So we need a bigger and larger military. In other words we are perfectly under the spell of the military-industrial complex.
Never mind that at times our military spending can be more than one-half of the entire world's military budget. It is always higher than the next 10 combined. That includes not just nations like Russia, China, and India but also allies like UK, Germany, Japan, and France.
It is time to see the responses of some of our progressive House members as well. Are they going to put their money where their mouth is? Hold their noses and agree with the "Freedom Caucus" and support the cuts in the defense budget? Or play partisan politics and oppose these cuts?

终身制是美帝的高法法官，这是成文的，不可以换的，而中国并没有终身制的成文，只是修改了任职规定，本就是个根据形势来修改的制度，被你说成是终身制，只能说你这种为反而反的太不敢面对现实了，习不可能称帝，也不可能终身，这事中国国情和党内能决定的，当然你一定要按你的理解来，那谁也帮不了你了，可悲可叹
