advisor是fund，securities是market making，technology是it spinoff。

不知道你在哪里看得。。。今年ng targrt total compensation才200k，bonus还有完全是0的年份。anyway愿意来就来吧

最近两年可能是比较惨：“

It used to be that they invested a large portion of any TC over $400k into the fund, and you got it paid out 3.5 years after receiving your annual bonus regardless if you left Citadel for any reason or were still there. Then they changed it so that you had to stay at Citadel for 3.5 years to get it, and practically no one stays that long. In my dept of 25 people, there were 3-4 who had stayed for 2+ years. Even rockstars often leave after 2 years or less. Citadel is a sweatshop and the TC hourly rate is bad

EDIT: for this reason, many of Citadel’s TC figures on comp.fyi are artificially inflated and misleading. $600k per year actually amounts to <$450k with the new deferred comp BS

这个我这个是儿子亲身从他室友那里得的消息，激动万分才告诉我的。

他室友应该不会骗他吧？因为他下个月就去实习了。要是骗他不是马上戳穿了？

很明显anesthetic是Citadel的现员工，他说的应该比较准确

还是那句话，就算给fresh grad开45万刀，你也得有那个本事和毅力去拿，Ken Griffin的钱是世上最不好挣的

这几年的行情是金融IT甚至MBA都跳IT大厂
而且作为码农 在Citadel那种地方不会happy的
根本原因是码农在金融公司是cost center的
