而是一种状态。你可以做也可以不做。想干就干，不想干就去玩到够，玩到不想玩了，然后又找点事情做做。
所以，未退休的，可以慢慢向这种状态发展。比如，上班多摸鱼，不爽了就辞职去玩。边玩边找新的工作。上班不受气，可以摸鱼，就差不多是退休状态了。
