我也想这个案子不会轻判吧，机制有多么的不合理，那些人多么可恨，他多么正义，多么令人同情，人类社会的上层建筑也不会允许或默许这样的行为的...
现在最希望能证明他精神不正常....

恐怖主义当然不应该流行，但是要有一些条件，一是社会法律要基本合理有效，二是社会上层要有最起码的道德底线。
当上层完全不顾其他人死活，法律又明显偏袒一些人，而刻意不合理地针对另一些人，你不用鼓吹，恐怖主义自然会滋生。要是真以为不合理的严刑峻法可以管一万年，秦朝就不会统一天下才15年，二世而亡了。
看到恐怖主义有流行的苗头是，上层如果自己不改良，只想通过暴力压制，最后就是给自己制造一个随时爆炸的火药桶。

保险公司拒赔案。接近一个月。不能上网不能自己研究案情不能和任何人交流。包括其他陪审员。直到法官宣布许可。

可以上网短信。但不能接触一切和案情有关内容。一旦不小心看到，哪怕标题，都要报告法官让法官和双方律师团决定是否换陪审员。

他在宾州的罪名只不过是非法持枪和假身份证，撑死了罚他个大几千。。。 他在纽约干了什么宾州无权审判。。。

The full manifesto of Luigi Mangione, who is facing charges for the shooting of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson, has been published.
The three-page document was released by independent journalist Ken Klippenstein on his Substack blog, and later confirmed to be a legitimate transcription by law enforcement authorities.
In the handwritten manifesto, Mangione claims that he was acting alone and that he apologized "for any strife of traumas" that his actions had caused.
According to Klippenstein, parts of the document are unintelligible due to Mangione's handwriting.
The manifesto was found on Mangione when he was arrested at a McDonalds in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on Monday.

"To the Feds, I'll keep this short, because I do respect what you do for our country. To save you a lengthy investigation, I state plainly that I wasn't working with anyone.
"This was fairly trivial: some elementary social engineering, basic CAD, a lot of patience.
"The spiral notebook, if present, has some straggling notes and To Do lists that illuminate the gist of it. My tech is pretty locked down because I work in engineering so probably not much info there.
"I do apologize for any strife of traumas but it had to be done.
"Frankly, these parasites simply had it coming. A reminder: the US has the #1 most expensive healthcare system in the world, yet we rank roughly #42 in life expectancy.
"United is the [indecipherable] largest company in the US by market cap, behind only Apple, Google, Walmart. It has grown and grown, but [h]as our life expectancy?
"No the reality is, these [indecipherable] have simply gotten too powerful, and they continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it.
"Obviously the problem is more complex, but I do not have space, and frankly I do not pretend to be the most qualified person to lay out the full argument. But many have illuminated the corruption and greed (e.g.: Rosenthal, Moore), decades ago and the problems simply remain.
"It is not an issue of awareness at this point, but clearly power games at play. Evidently I am the first to face it with such brutal honesty."
Newsweek contacted law authorities in New York for more information on the proceedings against Mangione via email.
Along with the manifesto, prosecutors in Pennsylvania said that Mangione was also carrying fake identification and money on him when he was arrested.

平均寿命长短和毒品控制，枪支控制紧密相关，和U H C等等𣎴太相关。相反美国华人用UHC或者Humana,wellcare,bluyshield 等等使自己的Medicare 更方便，而且离毒品，枪击远，平均寿命比美平均和大陆平均都高.

说实在的, CEO 的高薪是令人同情杀手的原因？还是拒付医疗？如果是后者，根据我用UHC等的经验，这些机构uhc, blue shield, Humana, wellcare 等等只是如计算机的软件还是外围软件（民间机构），硬件和程序语言是Medicare（国家机构）, 如果病人没交过十年医保税，没有Medicare, 这些机构也和你没关系吧？拒绝付医疗由Medicare 定. 所以如果不满拒保，真是杀错人了
