办出生证的时候会开始标注父母身份了。。

太复杂，直接说就是父母一方得是公民或绿卡, 新生孩才是公民。学法律的说说为什么要这么写

不止访学吧，所有没拿到绿卡的外国人，生的孩子都没有公民权。

你的logic不对：只要妈妈是公民/绿卡/合法长期居留，她生的孩子就是美国公民。当妈妈是非法或者短期停留的时候，则要看孩子的爸爸是否公民或绿卡

因为这两个签证authorized period都超过了180天。这就是为什么，一般b2签证不给驾照和银行开户，而另外两个签证就可以。

米国人很多都不跟爹妈来往了
