没呢，不需要学区房，也不需要大房子，价格应该还好吧：）

加州这边的CPA对住两个州避税都挺了解的，我这种算好的。还有不少实际上基本都在加州住着，在Nevada买个房子，时不时的住几天，就claim nevada residency了

我这么想是当年工作面试的时候碰到一个女孩子，说她父母退休了，就是这么安排的，羡慕很多年了
