从近代历史上看，以色列就是鸠占鹊巢。
以色列灭国都几千年了。奥特曼帝国400年，巴勒斯坦住的基本上是阿拉伯人，犹太人不到10%。一战结束奥特曼帝国瓦解，英国托管巴勒斯坦，然后讨好罗斯柴尔德家族让犹太人回巴勒斯坦（1917年贝尔福宣言），目的是拉拢犹太人中的锡安主义派，避免锡安主义投靠德国，而且打压犹太左派，二战结束前巴勒斯坦犹太人占到几乎30%
1947年英国计划结束托管巴勒斯坦，要求联合国成立特别委员会处理这个事。委员会起草181号决议，允许在巴勒斯坦建两个国家，犹太人的以色列和阿拉伯人的巴勒斯坦，在所有阿拉伯国家和希腊土耳其反对，中国等国弃权的情况下通过了决议。
决议通过后，以色列建国，然后就开始不断蚕食巴勒斯坦的土地，而且很多国家一直在阻挠巴勒斯坦建国
