邻居种树种在property line甚至有可能超过了怎么办？

不能完全确定property line，前屋主安装的irrigation 电线被他们挖出来漏在地面上了，那个应该是在我们自己的property内吧？树就种在线边上，所以估计是在property line上甚至有可能超过了。irrigation应该会安装在离line一定的距离吧？
