9月底俄宣布征兵。到11月底前线增加了好几万以上。总兵力25万以上。加上顿巴斯民兵和Wagner等已经有30几万以上，在战区的人数上已经不再有相对劣势。12月开始转为全面进攻。过去1个半月进展还行。

据说还要再增加20-30万开辟新战区和增加现在所占区域的力量。3月开春后地面开始解冻。因此那之前可能有几个星期的加剧。
