10/17 site survey了一把，居然说漏了一些信息，还得再survey一把，排到11/22了。

13) 2022.12.06: SCE 2022.12.06: SCE "Permit to Operate" granted.
14) 2022.12.06: 自己根据安装商的 Operation Instruction 合上几个开关 （PV breaker, AC disconnect lever, combiner box breakers etc)， 就好了. 家庭太阳能发电系统接入SCE电网了。

EV charging off-peak 也要0.21 per kWh. 特地为了电车省钱而换电车，大多是不省钱的， 因为电车都很贵。 刚好要换车，电车不错，或者就是喜欢新车，花钱买高兴，这种人不少啊 -- 不就是图个高兴吗。
南加州的太阳能面板在灰尘大的地方要定时清洗，不然影响效率。 没办法啊。 基本10KW 系统 $30K, 扣除政府补助， $20K左右，1.99% 利息， 每个月$100-150 上下， 这样就油钱+电费都包了，很划算啊。 现在电费加油费都在 $400 左右。 每个月省$300 not bad.
10KW那是理想状态下的输出功率吧，实际多少呢

Current installation in CA falls into the pricing scheme of so-called NEM 2.0. The NEM 3.0 may start in a few months.
Under NEM 2.0, typically, it takes 4-6 years to get all investment back. After that, you will be able to enjoy free electricity for the next 16+ years ( assuming solar panel lasts 20+ years, which is the typical warranty period for most OEMs). With correctly-sized solar system, your Min payment is the grid-connect fee of $10-15 per month. 如果你开电车，考虑加油vs Solar 的“免费”电，太阳能投资回收速度会更快。
BUT1 (big BUTT), you need to size your Solar System correctly---, also, BUT2, if NEM 3.0 starts to get effective, it will take much longer to get your capital investment back -- you need to study this part.

我装太阳能一年了，在南加州，去年花了一万五（退税后）装了8KW系统。这一年基本每个月只交10块基本费和十块左右NBC，NBC是一个按净流入电度数算的基本费，现在每度收将近两分钱。因为有一辆电车在家夜里充电，净流入电还不少。一年总共大概交了二百多。以前没装太阳能时冬天每月交不到三百夏天有时四百有时五百，取决于用多少空调。那时一年要四五千电费。现在大部分省下了。
对了冬天以前要交一二百左右每月天然气费，因为用furnace取暖。现在因为发电有富余，买了好几个电暖器，希望把取暖的天然气费省下来。

~$10是CPUC规定的，NEM2都要交。NBC是你从电网净取电，你如果向我夜里给车充电就会用很多，如果装电池会减少。NBC的rate电公司订，不同月份也不一样，但有CPUC监管，现在都不是很高，两三分钱一度吧。

我最终安装7.2kW (18 panels)， 没电池; 退税后成本 ~~ $15500 (cash payment). 我有电车，夜里充电免不了 ：）估计和你差不多 $200-300 per year?
