- Continue working on the 5th, slightly down from last year, mainly due to more competition. Will continue to expand while managing cost.
- Started on the 6th. So far it moves as planned. Will likely succeed.
- Drawing plan for the 7th. Getting finance and business plan ready. Likely to start mid or later part of 2024. Finger cross

Kids significantly improved on their project in 2023. Making her first 10k income at much younger age than I did. Hopefully growing steadily to reach 100k in 2024 without taking too much of their time.

煎饼是在铸铁锅上做的，关键是自己磨绿豆面，会有一种淡淡的香味，我掺一点美国的煎饼面，增加松软的口感，水也比网上的配方捎多一点，用一个整鸡蛋，做出来是绿黄白三种颜色相间，像是创作一幅抽象画，有一种视觉的冲击感。

最近修一个Akai gx4000 open reel tape machine, 只有一个声道工作，拆开发现rca 接口的焊接整个被从电路板上扯下来了，焊了一根电线才又连起来。最近从apple music上录下来李宗盛的歌在听。

奔过煎饼果子吗？是用专门的平锅吗？
修啥相机？会修音响吗…… 焊电路板用来做啥？

隔了将近四年终于又回国见到父母
和发小们吃了几顿饭
收拾了外婆的老房子，卖了一堆破烂，
找到了一堆很有纪念意义的文件，
其他的所有旅游都不如在父母家的短短一周治愈

都是最难的专业啊。不去凑cs的热闹挺好的。她是不是学那种叫什么pre-med？我也搞不清什么是pre-med，老听学区群里的家长说起。
游泳也是好运动，不伤关节，对身材好

pre-med是个意向，就是目标是进医学院。但最后进医学院的，本科专业可能会是多种，最多的是生物学，其他有心理学，社会学，公共健康，生物工程，也有学音乐的，CS的，政治，等等。主要是mcat分要高，还要有研究和医疗方面的实习经验。还要能通过多轮的面试。

我家是几百年的古宅，床是太奶奶的嫁妆，一百多年了，仍然鲜亮如新（是不是镀金的？）。以前睡醒一睁眼，透过窗户就看到大厅里的狮子瞪着我。

疫情期间非常思念家乡，今年终于回到了阔别十年的家乡。睡在床上，半夜醒来，产生了时空错乱。我到底是在古代还是现代？是在中国还是外国？明天我是要返回大学校园吗？还能见到初恋吗？

怎么会那么严重？我觉得睡老家的床特别舒服，好像特别合身

谢谢， YouTube Animation。 She has her own channel. Her main character (designed by herself, with younger sis’s help). Subscription ramp up from 200k to near 900k in 2023. Will clip 1M in January.
We encouraged her to think of new revenue source beside YouTube adshare, here is what she came up with:

-Private memebership- she teaches other kids, with monthly membership fee. So far about 1k members.
-Sponsorship. Advertise for other products- so far signed one contract.
- merchandise- we helped in locating a manufacturer from China to produce toys based on her drawing. Currently in the process of sample proving.

It’s very time consuming as you can imaging. But I believe kids need to be enlightened as well as pushed. Multi-task is a good skill that will benefit their whole life.

突然想起我今年灌水比去年多得多，搞得上班的活极其拖拉。灌水很开心，但活干不完，心理负担很重……

前些年锻炼少，这两年多一些。锻炼对我的影响比较大，希望以后一直坚持下去。

我几年前做过抗震加固，请人来随便一估上万起步，索性自己干，买了冲击钻，钢板铐子和水泥钉下到crawl space半躺在地上操作干了一周，所有材料和工具加起来也就千把块，但就是累，尤其是水泥钉打洞，要打上百个洞，还要量好间隔尺寸，现在肯定是干不动了。

53老帮菜，2023年快年终的时候，生活中平白无故的增加了一些刺激，不，应该说平白无故的被羞辱啦。

在微信附近，平白无故的有人请求添加好友，聊起来，国内来自同一个省，离得不远。比我小10岁，外嫁，一直家庭主妇，今年刚刚会计毕业，找到一个初级会计工作。

在前几个星期，开房两次，我可耻的两次都没有硬起来。

只能想当年，一夜五次狼。
