以前逛一次Costco三百多，现在大概四百出头这样。都是买的类似的东西，所以感觉贵了20%的样子。

我在杂货店买的有机奶。不大喜欢 Costco 里面的东西，总感觉质量不如杂货店的同牌子的。

不一样。ALDI是完全靠低价，必须降低质量。中超有部分东西其他店没有的

同样德国店，LIDL要好很多，我现在都不去ALDI了

肉菜鸡蛋牛奶还有波动一说。罐头和速冻食品剔除了波动因素，比疫情前基本涨50%，比如spam，kirkland的牛肉丸，Jimmy dean的早餐sandwich

卤肉最好应该是牛腱子肉，beef shank，不过美国店里面只有切成小块的，下回去 meat dept 问下有没有整块的。

我一直买grass fed 的有机奶，pasture 鸡蛋，其实和疫情前比没涨多少，大概本来就不便宜

很喜欢clam chowder，不过没买过罐头的，怕腥。
