靠，在加州有些地方象洛杉矶，有很多unprotected left turn，你停在线后就意味着（除了被滴死），你在那儿停几个小时吧，因为对面一直有车直到红灯。

问题是很多人等在中间就是为了抢，等在实线后根本没有可能抢过去。

这个显然应该等对方先过，哪怕对方闯红灯了。不过在路中间等等也没啥危险，完全不用着急，就算是红灯，别人绿灯了理论上也是需要等路中间的车开走了才能出发的。
如果不是在加州或极左州，区别还是很大的。非遗如果不是100%无错，那么想要找律师拿好处很难了，比如楼主的情况按正常交规即便直行闯了红灯也是50-50，但是直行的是非遗想讹钱机会就不大了

这个完全没说不能pull forward，只是说必须等完全clear才能开始左转。
