The head of the German Defense Ministry, Boris Pistorius, said in an interview that Ukraine will be able to form 2 battalions - and that is 62 units - of Leopard 2 tanks. According to him, for the formation of the second battalion by Ukraine, it is possible to use Leopard 2A6 tanks, which Germany promised to transfer. At the same time, Pistorius was skeptical about further deliveries of German tanks. After all, we have to wait for new samples from the industry.
