NYC更有可能吧，毕竟小黄人在NYC炒房更厉害，NYC的土地也比德州紧缺多了，美国抽不上H1B的在拿大只要雇主SPONSOR拿身份很容易的，大厂基本在伦多都有H1B抽不到转过来的OFFICE

At least there won't be law to prevent green-card-holder Chinese citizens from buying home in Cal, I believe. I myself don't like house flippers from China, it's too touch to compete against them.
