My point is, the threshold of 5 posts is way too low. Make it at least like 100 posts. That way you can eliminate most, if not all, of the MJs from voting.

拉屎or不拉屎 might not be obvious to an outsider who does not reside in his/her precinct. As long as my congressperson represents me well or get some earmark for my community, I am happy with him/her, regarding if he/she 不拉屎 in national stage.

Of these 5 items, only #3 and #4 are meaningful. All others are nonsense.
