老mitbbs没了，401K选fund都不知道选哪个好了！

单位401k发生变动，index fund选项不知道选哪个好，没有标普500的index fund，看起来SSSYX和vimax花费较低，前者gross cost 0.12% net cost 0.02%, 后者gross和net cost 都是0.05%。
有熟悉这两个fund的吗？gorss和net cost有啥区别啊？
