You meant if you cannot make a film yourself, you cannot comment on any film? You cannot say China's men's soccer team sucks if you cannot beat anyone of them?
Anyway, there is a simple one. Ban any assault rifle. Don't tell me that bad guys can always get them and you don't want to be outgunned because I don't see bad guys getting RPG.
