基本可以肯定这个黑皮护体的DA的决定会被长时间质疑
所以法学院给黑皮AA是最大的问题
小偷是背身逃跑出门的时候被击杀的
即使是闯民宅， 背身逃跑时被射杀， 房主都要被charge
这黑皮DA就是AA上去的精神病

The shoplifter was backing out of the door, facing the security, when she got shot. When she was backing out, she also made some forward movements toward the security, but her overall movement was out of the door and away from the security.
I personally don't want to see the security charged, but seems to me he should be charged.
