估计秦刚把一个重要会议的一些内容，无意间告诉了傅，后来部分内容出现在白宫情报简报里，被TG的眼线发现了。
安全局开始彻查会议上的几个人，秦刚被问话后，意识到问题的严重性，说把一些内容告诉了付。

然后，安全局，以秦刚的名义邀请付回国，诱捕了傅。跟王毅没啥关系。

His previous speech at 蓝厅论坛 was even more hysterical with little diplomacy. He and Trump are both arrogant and extreme. His job history was bleak, and his job performance is abysmal. It’s hard to believe a person with this kind of job performance can still be promoted into the central committee without Putin’s help.

As a matter of fact, I recommend he retire and work as Putin’s FM. That will help CCP big time!
