T-Mobile used to give me that problem too. It sucks.

没装这个东西。奇怪的是每次都是不响铃第一次直接进留言，马上挂掉重播就能打通。

iPhone上用过Mint, 没出现过这个问题。
首先换个电话插SIM card 试一下。
其次升级一下手机操作系统。
如果是信号不好，turn on WI-FI calling, 看看在WI-FI calling 情况下是不是仍然有这个问题

我不是Mint 也有這問題。通常是信號不好
