A Russian nuclear bomb attack in Ukraine will not be met with a military response, according to the EU's top military official. In this case, the NATO alliance case would not occur either, the head of the EU Military Committee (EUMC), Robert Brieger, told the daily newspaper "Kurier" (Sunday edition).
