能access 那个收条信息的，内部店员嫌疑很大，店员可以拿个圣诞树过来，可以谎称顾客要求 reserve 的，然后再用那个收条的信息退掉，把拿过来的圣诞树当成退货

Hd 退货很 suck 的，有收条，但是是用 gift card 买的货也会当无收条处理，需要登记 id，而且只给 store credit, 估计是为了防止洗白 gc 。

另外，hd 好像和很多商家共享退货数据库的。

hd 的监守自盗据说不少。

另外一个可能是他们的收条丢了，因此被人拿走用这个收条的信息退货了，不过这也需要设法从店里面拿件货物再退，还是店员有条件一些，因此很多人怀疑是 inside job

因为他们好像是在店里用刷卡的方式寻回收条的。能够退回 cash，估计是用 debit 卡买的。信用卡买的不会退 cash。

店里面可以核对一下这款圣诞树的 inventory，详细退货情况，应该可以找到某些怀疑。

老美直接用 cash 或 debit 买东西其实不少见。老中比较在乎 cashback。以前在邮局买 MO 的时候，和邮局的前台mm混得很熟，邮局内部有个老中，前台 mm 很钦佩地告诉我说那个邮局老中把家里所有的 purchase 都走 discover 卡，一年拿了 200 多 cashback.

如果这家真是搞 scam，拿到退货的 gc 应该会很高兴了，不会再闹事。按八折gc 价值算，也将近 400块钱了。

店里为什么要求给 store credit? 因为系统里数据是这收条已经退货了，再退货只能用 return without a receipt 方式，这样只能退 store credit 而且会记录 id.

考虑到可能有人带口罩，可能是店员的家人或密友来拿的 cash，录像很难找到人。

破案关键在于退货的货是怎么来的。可以看从店门开始的录像，退货者是否推着有货物的车进来。如果那个拿走现金的退货者确实推着树盒子进来，那就有这种可能：

捡到收条的人真正买了一个，然后用捡到的收条退货，相当于白拿了 HD 一件东西。

如果退货者从店外进来时手里并没有货物，但最后退货拿钱完成，则肯定是里应外合，监守自盗。
