反正天天戴口罩，打了也是白打
对了，流感也是有抗原原罪的，还是省着点自己的先天免疫，留给老了以后吧

如果你用的完全是自然的soils，完全不用打，soils里有几千种beneficial microorganisms，是自然的antiviral, antifugi and antibiotic (for all those non beneficial microbes). everything is balanced and no single microbe will be propagated uncontrollably (as infected).
