交通：地铁F线 Roosevelt Island 站，一站到manhattan, 还有缆车，岛内小红车和bus。
租金 -- 卧室：$1500/月；500/周；90/天。 客厅：$1350/月; $400/周；$60/天。
岛上超市和各种外卖直达。
最好女生，一切皆可议。
